1. Start by contacting us. Once we identify your business sector and requirements we will assign to you a dedicated staffing advisor.

2. As a next step, the staffing advisor will arrange a company location visit. It is always better to know where the actual work will be done and see the work environment first hand. During the visit the staffing advisor will learn more about your staffing challenges and goals that you are trying to achieve. Depending on your current staffing requirement, we will discuss hiring programs we offer, select the best fit for your present needs and go over pricing and other services details and arrangements.

3. Once the parameters of the position and staffing program you opted for are finalized, your staffing advisor will discuss with you the job order process and we’ll begin sourcing candidates for your project.
