Staffing & Recruitment Strategies

ATTRACT / RECRUIT / HIRE / RETAIN

OUR PROACTIVE METHOD HAS BEEN EFFECTIVE IN BUILDING A MASSIVE DATA BASE OF CANDIDATES THAT ARE USUALLY REQUIRED BY OUR CUSTOMERS.

As a Recruiter, in the current competitive market place you have to have tools and expertise to quickly react to your customers staffing requirements. Although we are fully equipped to deliver necessary solutions in a timely fashion, we have found that the REACTIVE approach to staffing generally decreases placement quality. It's logical the smaller the time frame that you have to deliver the solution, the bigger the chance of the rushed hiring decision.

To deal with this downside of the business we have established as our main recruiting approach a PROACTIVE recruitment strategy (e.g. going out and finding the candidates before the job orders come in). That is why we are continuously evaluating and selecting the best possible candidates that potentially could be used by our clients.

We maintain an effective and efficient database that has become a great tool for matching our clients' needs with the best qualified candidates. We keep the data base current and updated. Not all of the candidates in the data base are readily available to start working, many of them work, and use their skill sets with other employers.  But since they are a part of our network we are always able to be in contact with them and offer them potential career grows and other opportunities.
