Position details:
This role performs packaging and line-handling duties on automated food-packaging and plastics manufacturing lines. Primary responsibilities include inspecting finished clear PET trays and containers for defects, sorting, counting, stacking, packing into master cartons or pallets, applying labels and recording production data, and following FSSC 22000 / SQF food safety procedures while maintaining a clean, PPE-compliant workstation.
Must have skills and experience:
• Experience working on automated thermoforming, extrusion, or industrial packaging lines
• Ability to visually inspect plastic food trays and containers for cleanliness, defects, or structural issues
• Familiarity with food safety standards and required PPE practices
• Basic labeling, batch tracking, and production documentation skills
• Physical capability to stand for shifts, perform repetitive tasks, and lift typical packer loads safely
• Attention to detail, reliable attendance, and ability to follow SOPs and quality checks
