Windows installer assistant

Position details:

We are looking for a window installer assistant to work with our customer, a window installation company. You will assist installers on residential and commercial projects with general construction labour duties, be trained on additional simple tasks, and support site cleanliness, product quality, and safety. The role is physically active (standing, walking, bending) and requires lifting up to 50 lb.

Must have skills and experience:

• Previous construction or general labour experience, or willingness to learn
• Mechanical aptitude and comfortable working with hands and basic tools
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks for a full shift
• Knowledge of, or ability to follow, GMP (good manufacturing practices) and WSIB safety requirements
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to travel to multiple job sites
