Bakery Worker

We are conducting this general recruitment campaigns to find potential candidates for a new customer located in Concord.

Position details:

Job Description: We are seeking Bakery Line Workers. In this role you will perform repetitive product processing tasks per team leader instructions on a variety of packaging lines (sorting, labeling, packing). You will ensure product quality and food safety, comply with GMP and WSIB regulations, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The role is physically demanding and requires standing, lifting, and repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.

Must have skills and experience:

• Previous bakery, food production, or packaging experience is an asset but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and safely lift moderate weight
• Basic understanding of food safety and GMP preferred
• Willingness to work shift schedules and adapt to production demands
