Projects Coordinator | Window & Door Manufacturer

We are looking for a Window & Door Coordinator for a window and door manufacturing company. This is an on-site office position for someone who is organized, responsible, and willing to learn. Must communicate clearly in English and Mandarin or Cantonese .

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on window and door production schedules

• Communicate with installers, suppliers, and internal departments

• Review construction drawings, project documents, and orders

• Track project status, deliveries, and material readiness

• Update Excel spreadsheets, project files, and office records

• Assist with purchasing, scheduling, and general office administration

Requirements:

• Previous office experience required (2-3 year minimum)

• Must be able to read and understand construction drawings, blueprints, or shop drawings

• Must communicate clearly in English Mandarin or Cantonese

• Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications

• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multi task

• Experience in windows, doors, or manufacturing is an asset

Job Details:

• Full-Time, Monday to Friday

• On-site position only (no remote or hybrid option)

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
