Cabinet Assembler / Factory Worker

The Role:

We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our Vaughan team. This is a role for someone who wants to work with their hands, learn the trade, and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble Cabinets: Use screw guns, drills, and pneumatic staple guns.
• Precision Work: Read and follow measurements accurately in millimeters.
• Be Adaptable: Move between various factory stations as production needs change.
• Quality Check: Ensure all finished pieces meet our standards.

What You Need:

• Tool Experience: Comfortable using power and air tools.
• Metric Literacy: Ability to read measurements in millimeters.
• Reliability: A strong desire to work, learn, and advance.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift components and stand for the duration of the shift.
