Position Details

The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and basic maintenance of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery to produce precision metal or plastic parts. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, monitoring machine performance, and conducting rigorous quality inspections to ensure all components meet exact engineering specifications.

Must-Have Skills & ExperienceTechnical Literacy:

• Machine Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating CNC (MultiCam SG series)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM designs.
• Precision Measurement: Expert use of calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to maintain tight tolerances.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical or programming errors.
• Safety & Compliance: Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and high-volume production standards.
