Job Description: Forklift Operator
Type: Temporary to Full Time (Immediate Start) with high potential for permanent Supervisor/Manager promotion.
The Role: You will begin as a Forklift Operator in a fast-paced warehouse/recycling environment. However, we are specifically hiring for this role with an eye toward leadership. High performers will be trained in buyer-level communications and evaluated for rapid advancement into management.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Certification: Valid Forklift Operator license/certification.
Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or recycling yard environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication; ability to interact professionally with buyers and stakeholders.
Aptitude: College-level education (preferred) with a high capacity for learning complex operational work flows.
