Facility Cleaner / Janitorial Worker

Position Details:

An established industrial bakery is looking for a dependable Facility Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office areas, washrooms, cafeteria, lunchrooms, and other non-production spaces. This role is lighter-duty compared to production sanitation and focuses on general janitorial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize office spaces, washrooms, breakrooms, cafeteria, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Empty garbage and recycling bins
• Refill washroom supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
• Clean tables, chairs, counters, and frequently touched surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of lunchrooms and staff areas
• Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages
• Follow company safety and cleaning procedures
• Assist with other light cleaning tasks as required

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous janitorial or facility cleaning experience preferred (training available)
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent cleaning standards
• Knowledge of basic cleaning supplies and equipment
• Reliability, attention to detail, and good time management
• Ability to lift up to 20–25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
