Data Entry Specialist- ERP systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and process warranty adjustment data into SAP based on inspection reports.
• Review and verify warranty claims for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with warranty inspectors and customer service teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital and manual records of processed adjustment claims.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Generate reports and summaries for internal stakeholders as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data accuracy and work flow efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with warranty processes in the automotive or tire industry is a strong asset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
• Experience working in the tire or automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required.

Working Conditions:

Office-based role, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, (30 min lunch + 2 breaks x 15 minutes/day).

• Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Regular interaction with warehouse or inspection teams.
