Dough mixer operator bakery food production

We are seeking a Bakery Mixer Operator to support daily production by preparing and mixing ingredients according to batch requirements. This role involves operating mixers, handling ingredients, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow daily production plans and product formulations
• Load ingredients into mixing bowls and operate mixers/computerized batching systems
• Hand-mix ingredients and assist with scaling when required
• Replenish ingredient bins and maintain accurate production records
• Perform pre-shift inspections and maintain cleanliness of work area
• Ensure compliance with H&S, GMP, and HACCP standards
• Safely lift and handle heavy ingredients repeatedly
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by production supervisors

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in food or bakery production preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
