Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant/ Data Entry Clerk for our client. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Sage 50 Accounting Software and be capable of managing both accounting and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions using Sage 50.
  • Reconcile Bank Statements – Ensure company records match bank statements.
  • Prepare Financial Reports – Generate balance sheets, income statements, and profit/loss reports.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable – Track and manage invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
  • Payroll Support – Assist in processing payroll and related reporting.
  • General Ledger Management – Update and manage entries in the general ledger.


Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input financial and non-financial data into Sage 50
  • Maintain updated records of invoices, receipts, and transactions.
  • Verify data for errors and resolve discrepancies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Sage 50 Accounting Software.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
